Currently renting and our back lot is always full of cars by the end of the day. There’s a sign for tow and I’ve seen multiple people park in our lot and walk across the street to a separate apartment complex. Called the tow company once and they can’t tow cars without permits without getting an Ok from tri state. Contacted management, they pretty much don’t care this is happening and told me to leave a note on the car. Owners and renters are paying HOA fees for letting outsiders use the lot. Ridiculous.

To the owners of Tri State, you can thank Nick and Antonio for this one star review. Even though they were both very rude on the phone I gave them the benefit of the doubt in hopes they would be better in person. Unfortunately, they were not. While on the phone, Nick kept cutting me off before I finished. He never understood what I was asking for. On top of that, he hung up on me!

Tristate is the absolute worst property management company I've ever worked with. They don't listen to residents, they constantly send us messages meant for other communities (including confidential access codes), they ignore critical maintenance tickets, and any offer of feedback to improve the mutual experience is met with sarcastic brush offs. Avoid working with them at all costs.

This company should honestly be shut down. NEVER give your business to them. Hands down the worst business etiquette and service I have ever experienced. Ongoing package theft happening in our building for months. Cameron Enes doesn't respond to emails or answers calls ever. Never filed a police report. Doesn't take the safety of the building or its residents seriously in the slightest. Months ago we were promised to be able to review the footage of a camera (because Cameron said that's not their job) and hasn't happened. We've been demanding repeatedly to be able to review footage of theft and have never been given the opportunity to and only met with radio silence of Tri-State. Reading other reviews it seems like other buildings they manage are experiencing package theft as well. I'm inclined to believe it's either their contractors/vendors they utilize or somebody internally is on it as well.

I don't doubt that the poor reviews are legit, but want to add a little sunshine into this dark collection. I've had several interaction with these folks - they support our condo HOA - and their responses have always been timely and their staff professional and helpful.
