I am not one to write reviews on business, seeing as I manage a business myself. The service I didn’t receive from this towing company is astonishing. I waited for 2 and a half hours only for the tow truck driver to not show up. I’ve spoken to 4 different people, including the supervisor on site and he could not provide a solid solution or answer except that he, “doesn’t understand how this happened”, yet has been in communication with his driver this entire time. Extremely disappointed and I do hope they are able to resolve this issue that way other guests do not share the same experience as me.

I want to say 10-4 Towing of San Jose did a good job of jumpstarting my car. Customer Service was courteous and helpful. The technician called to say he would arrive in 30 minutes and showed up ahead of time.

I had a poor experience here. I called them to help with a Tow for a flat tire in a remote hiking area. The person who spoke to me was polite and helpful and the tow was completed on time. The following week I requested a receipt so that I could submit it to my insurance for reimbursement but didn't receive this. I called again 4 times and was told to wait a day or 2 and it never arrived each time. One of the operators told me they had "gmal.com" instead of "gmail.com". They fixed this but the receipt still didn't arrive. I called again a 5th time and was connected to a manager who spoke in a condescending tone and told me they had sent it twice but I had given them an invalid email address. I told them I'd wait on the line while they send it again and to make sure the gmail address had "gmail" instead of "gmal". This time finally it worked. I did receive a receipt but after I ended the call I noticed that the address, and the amount on the receipt was incorrect. It also didn't have a VIN or license plate number. I just gave up trying to reach out to them again. For my tow request, it was outsourced to another company called C&M towing. All these guys had to do was coordinate and provide correct paperwork. Super surprised that they are having this kind of trouble working with basic requests from customers, not to mention the supervisor who talks to customers like they are fools.
