I was headed northbound on the CA 99 when one of their vehicles got into my lane and very close to me. Rocks ensued and my windshield was cracked! Their vehicles have tiny signs on the back (which are barely visible) that state they are “not responsible for broken windshields,” as if that absolves them of anything. I have proof of this incident! The sign shows that they likely crack or damage windshields & vehicles very often. They should think twice if they truly believe that a sign protects them of anything. I called the company and spoke to Dennis who informed me that there was nothing they could do and told me to speak to my insurance. I am a very reasonable person, but they need to own up to things like this. I still have to pay money to get this replaced all because one of their vehicles decided to get in my lane at a close proximity. I could have been seriously injured. Why would you want to give your money to an unethical and greedy company such as this one? They clearly won’t take any accountability. Take your business elsewhere! You’ve been warned.
