Very satisfied with our experience with Stella Moving. When scheduling our move, Matthew was extremely accommodating, responsive, and flexible when some unexpected changes impacted our move date. On the day of the move, Eddie, Alex, and Angel were great! They were efficient, professional, respectful, communicative, and handled our items carefully. They finished our 3 bed/2 bath move in 4 hours! They were very organized and we had zero worries about the jobs being done. Needed to move asap due to a breakup. I called at 930pm, had a response and quote within 30 minutes and scheduled my move the next day with Matthew. Great communication! Hercules and Junior arrived on time, assessed the situation and got straight to business. Friendly faces, great smiles, and above all great service and professionalism. Trust, honest, reliable, and hard working, that's what I got with Stella Moving. Eddie, Junior, and Johnny were really friendly, pointed out any concerns I should be aware of, and were focused at the task at hand. Being located on the second floor, which required the use of the elevator, I was surprised at how quickly all the work was done in just a few minutes past 3 hours. Talk about moving from San Diego and delivery within a day to Northern California, if you want it, you'll get it with Stella. Eddie and Junior got here at 1030 pm and was off loaded, placed all furniture and bedroom sets where I asked, boxes neatly stored in garage and was done by 1230 am. Couldn't have asked for a better crew.
