Current This is my second review about the experience of selling a property with Steve Mun this year. I explained in detail what he did to prepare my first rental property for sale in my other review. Since I was an out-of-state property owner, he ensured the whole process occurred as smoothly as possible without my physical presence. Steve was vetted as the top real estate agent to sell my properties by a trusted source, and I am so grateful for that recommendation. For my first rental property, he obtained the highest sale price ever recorded in that community. This time, he obtained the second highest sale price ever recorded for this community so there is a pattern here. What more can a seller ask from a real estate agent?  Naturally, I would highly recommend Steve Mun to anyone looking to sell their home. 5 months ago I would highly recommend Steve Mun as your next real estate agent. As an out-of-state condo owner, I needed someone who I could trust to represent my interests during the renovation, inspections, open house, and buyer negotiations. Steve understands what today’s buyers are looking for, and he will make sure that any money spent on renovation will really make a difference to the buyer. He is very thorough in his inspection of improvements and repairs so the buyer will only see the property at its best. Steve is also skilled at social media to drum up interest during an open house to maximize the number of offers received. He is skilled at negotiating so he knows when to try to get a potential buyer to make a higher bid and when it’s time to stop. You may not agree with his every decision, but he will eventually get you the results you want. He got me the highest sales price ever recorded in my community!

Steve recently helped me sell my home. He was super helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly. My home also needed a little renovation project before going to market and Steve did a fantastic job of project managing the entire way. When it came to the Open House and bidding process he again explained everything clearly and told me what to expect. In the end we were able to receive an offer for well above asking price. Steve has over 20 years in the business and it really shows. I would absolutely work with Steve again in the future.

Working with Steve Mun to sell my Santa Clara condo made the process very smooth. At our initial discussion Steve performed a thorough evaluation of my unit, set expectations discussing his process and my goals, and proposed a timeline on which to execute to get the maximum sale price. Throughout the process Steve was very proactive, making sure both he and I stuck to the timeline, and was always available for communication. He also coordinated a full renovation of my unit at no up-front cost and aggressively marketed it to get the maximum exposure from prospective buyers. Having sold several other units in the complex, Steve knew exactly what to look out for and had a lot of advice on where to spend/not spend money on improvements that would get me the max ROI as a seller. At the end of the day, Steve got me a great sale price and made my first time seller experience easy and stress free.
