Complete waste of time, promised collection many times over a 3 week period, they were told car needs to be collected in a hurry & said this was no problem, various excuses about drivers being delayed & car will definitely be lifted tomorrow, as others have mentioned, no problem when requiring a quote light speed reply, but when it's a where is my car you could wait 3 days for reply. To be told its still jot collected. Very disappointing service from this large supposedly reputable company, definitely do not recommend

Timewasting rats.. sent a deposit for a car 4 weeks ago and told I needed it lifted they told me 4 days. Phoned office as was worried id lose my deposit they told me next few days it'll be lifted. 4 weeks in total go past. Cat wasn't lifted. Phoned another company on a Monday lifted on a Wednesday. Subhuman rats.. stay clear

Several of my NI based customers have used Parker's to collect cars purchased from me in Cheshire. They have always been punctual, professional and easy to get hold of. I would gladly use them myself.

Parker car transport recently delivered a lorry to me at a very good price, their office team dealt with any queries i had very quickly and professionally. On the day of delivery their driver called me with regular updates and was very friendly and professional when he arrived. I would always reccomend Parker Car Transport and will certainly be using them again. Thankyou to all the team.

Appalling service, 3 week delay in getting the car to me. Was quoted far less on Shiply but went with a supposed reputable transport firm. Spoke to a Siobham, a Tracy, a Geraldine, a Claire and like a broken record each said they would talk to a chapp who was planning the deliveries and get back to me and never once did they do this. When the car was finally in the UK, it took a call from me to understand that it was going to be delivered. No prior warning until an hour before when the driver gave a courtesy call. Could have been out. I asked for some gesture of goodwill to reduce the bill from £350 plus VAT only to be told by a very rude Geraldine that the payment was due or they would take the vehicle back. Don't use Parker Car Transport guys.....poor comms, poor service, rude people
