Three of my kids have been going here for years. Two of them are special needs. Dr Bullard seemed to be the only one that had any patience with them. Plus knowledge on my daughters condition. But when I get a call on Thursday for an appt (I've had scheduled for months) on Monday and told they no longer except my insurance, that I will have to pay out of pocket. I get not accepting new patients with this insurance but to stop seeing ones that you have seen for years is insane. Completely unprofessional and no way around it. Now my kids are due for appts and I have to start all over and find a new dr plus wait to get appts.

I genuinely wish I could give 0 stars. Big picture: doctor is fine, office staff is insufferable, policies are insane. When you go to your child’s first appt they have you write your credit card info down and say it’s policy. I wasn’t totally comfortable, but fine rules are rules. My insurance had just reset on 6/1, when my appt was 6/5. I hadn’t received my new HSA card yet, so I put my credit card down. I was called at 8pm roughly 2 weeks later to state my insurance came back that I owe more due to my deductible. I said no problem and asked if I could give my HSA I just received. They said they needed payment right then at 8pm. I stated I was putting my kids to bed and asked if I could call tomorrow by end of business. They said that’s fine. I was then called at 8:40 am the next day. I stated I was in a meeting and could call as soon as I could but before end of business. Then I was called at 1:30. Again told them I would call by end of business which they reminded me was 4:30pm. At this point I’d been called 3 times in 18 hours. This was not a past due bill, they received it 18 hours prior. They said they don’t mail bills they just collect when they get the mail from insurance?? So I call back at 3:15pm and they said too late they processed my other card…. I asked why they did this when I had until 4:30?? They said because it’s policy. I asked to see it, they then retracted and said the doctor told them to. I asked to speak with him and they said to call back two days later at 8:15am. I do and the dr is unavailable but they offer to reverse my card and rerun my HSA. I said it’s too late I just want to talk to the doctor. This goes on for roughly a week and a half. Called today and Edward at the desk stated the doctor is choosing not to call me back but he will give him another message?? I’ve never seen an office run like this. Every other dr I’ve ever seen mails you a bill. This one calls you at 8pm acting like a debt collector when they open their mail and runs your written down card numbers without even providing a receipt. Save time and your sanity and find another office.

Called as a new patient to see if I could get an appointment for my child and was treated horribly. ‘We are not obligated to see you because you’re a new patient.’ Ummm, I just wanted to see if you could help my child. Very cold. No thank you.

Always professional and extremely thorough exams, considerate communication and excellent front desk staff! Waiting time can be a bit frustrating, but always we'll worth waiting b/c Dr. B. Takes the necessary time needed with each patient.

Just brought my 2 year old in for an evaluation due to a failed photo spot test at his pediatricians office. Dr. Bullard is thorough, knowledgeable and excellent at dealing with uncooperative toddlers. He was definitely worth the drive.
