This company kept my maintenance fund when I was taken off the road by a medical doctor, and they really weren't that good of a company to work for on top of that. I still don't know why they would keep the maintenance fund. It doesn't say anything about keeping maintenance funds in the lease contract other than when you quit. But for medical reasons that I had no control over and the doctor takes you off the road for health reasons, then you should be entitled to receive your full maintenance fund, especially if you have no control over it. It isn't like I quit on my own and would have finished the lease contract had I not been taken off the road by my doctor.

Yall should probably teach your drivers some patience and to not almost cause accidents at shippers. Seen 2 of your drivers almost cause and accident because they can’t wait for someone to back into a door. Do better.

If your looking for a great place to garbage up your MVR look no farther this is the company for you. It company policy that any and all ticket have to be placed on your driving record of which you won't even know about until after it is done. Logic being all it just one little ticket that like it going to increase our insurance any, besides once the driver figures out he get a ticket on his background report. He will have no other choice but to work here. It will lower our driver turnover. They are that shady of a company. Before you come up with you next list of excuses. You where smart enough to find the violation via internet. It clearly show I already had a attorney working on the case. When your incompetent safety department made the decision to place this on my mvr.

Stevens is good as long as you get to know the staff and if you work hard but have problems with dispatch, Then you notify upper staff and request a different dispatch. I keep saying and Mr. Stevens said it to. “ No company today will ever be line the old days. However, that doesn’t mean that we don’t strive every day to be better. Better in terms of service, not only to the costumers you work with but the drivers you employee.” I couldn’t agree more and enjoyed my talk with Mr. Stevens. However, Just wasn’t the right fit for my Geographical location so I moved on. Once again; I’d say I appreciated the opportunity and the driving. Take care Stevens!

Will is the only cool guy there. Safety man Mitch, will threaten to fire you at least 3 times before you even get assigned to a truck. And they lied on my DAC!! If you stand up for yourself,your days will be numbered.
