I've booked storage units at Public Storage several times, and I continue to be impressed with the facility and staff. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are in a safe environment. The team here is fantastic—professional, courteous, and always willing to help. Ty and Liz, in particular, consistently provide excellent service. During my most recent experience, I accidentally unsealed the wrong unit and even started moving my items in. When I went to return the key that I did not use, Ty noticed the mix-up. Instead of making me move everything again, Ty offered a solution that saved me a lot of time and effort. He quickly transferred my unit number to the one I had already used, ensuring everything was squared away without any hassle. Another time, I needed to upgrade to a larger storage unit and consulted with Liz. I wanted to avoid paying an admin fee by transferring, but I was also tempted by the online-only promo rates for new bookings. Liz was incredibly kind and walked me through all my options, even giving me a heads-up that a sale might be happening soon if I wasn't in a rush. Although I didn’t wait for the sale, I still ended up getting a really good rate for my larger storage unit, thanks to her guidance. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I receive at Public Storage. It's clear that the team here truly cares about their customers. Highly recommended!

I have had a storage unit at the Sunnyvale Public Storage for many, many years. Two years ago, I moved to the South Bay to merge our family with my fiancée’s family. We decided to rent a storage unit as part of the move, but we never got around to clearing the second storage unit after the move was complete. Recently, we received a bill that raised the rates on both units, so I went to the Sunnyvale, where I spoke with the manager, Russell. He was sympathetic to our situation, and he offered reduce our rate back to the old rates for a few months while worked to clear the second storage out. Thanks Russell!!

Liz in the front office is amazing! Always helpful for any need and friendly. The facility was clean and kept up. I accidentally stayed a little longer then allowed and received a friendly reminder to vacate after hrs of operation witch is understandable and lets me know they are all on top of things and keeping a close eye on my belongings.

So this review is late, sorry guys! I've used many storage units over the years and the team in this front office is amazing. Their service and kindness are second to none. The property is large and well maintained. Moving and storing can be stressful, these guys make it super easy! Thank you so much and my apologies for the late review, I moved in on April 19 - so a little slow with the review, but I really appreciate these guys!

Excellent storage facility with fair prices, tons of property, and a really great property manager. I’ve come here twice to store my Jeep Hardtop over the summer. This is one of the largest facilities in the area and they have plenty of availability normally. Your belongings here are safe because they have gated access and the storage is also locked and controlled with codes. They’re pretty vigilant about keeping the property secured, I’ve always felt safe here. The service here is excellent too. The staff and property manager are very friendly and professional, probably the reason I keep coming back. Super friendly, quick service, and very professional all around. Highly recommended to visit this location and see for yourselves. You might be able to find slightly cheaper alternatives elsewhere in some “sketchy” locations, but for the very few dollars you save - you’re going to make a ton of compromises. This is the best spot in the Southern Bay Area for storage, hands down… and I’ve visited a lot of locations, trust me.
