Do not use these people they are literally the worst. Sent two ppl instead of 3 as requested yelled at me. The two people were convicts and were victims like us. Damaged my belongings,, called me after this review asking for evidence and asked for proof, I sent them proof and the were disappointed I was able to and ghosted and ignored me. No integrity, lied and cheated me, slippery sales people. I would pay double the expensive price I paid to not have to use these company ever again. Go use them at your own risk and see what happens, best of luck. Will do or say anything to gas light and slither out of responsibility and accountability, owner claimed that he had to work that day even, boo hoo! You have to do your job and work omg! The. Don’t accept my job next time if you can’t do it! I’m not even mentioning the worst part.

I have moved many times and never in my life spent so much, $900+ (closer to $1000) workers advised as they were disassembling our adjustable bed that it was broken. Hhmmm that’s funny we used it the night before the move with no problem! I called and got no reply but then got a text back after several attempts to advise that they were on vacation and would get back to me when back in town. Our the bed wasn’t put back together completely. I sent pictures of the underneath of the bed. After several attempts to reach the owners again, Ashley advised they would come out to put it back together when they were back in town. The never called, never came out, never repaired! If I could give 0 stars, I would! Workers carried one box at a time! Paid hourly, why not milk the consumer?! I will NEVER use this place again. Sad thing is in reading reviews here, the owners/business is argumentative and even insulting instead of trying to help solve a problem and make the customers happy. Not only did we spend a fortune on the move but they also broke our adjustable bed so we are out another grand or so! Way to go, you guys knocked it out of park, worst moving company EVER!!! They milk ya, move ya and Break your stuff for lots of money. Oh and not return your calls or repair what’s been broken! Worst company and customer service ever. We will be contacting our attorney. We are not able to use our bed now. I have contacted someone to repair it and it is not cheap! The bed is 3 years old and worked perfectly the night before our move. Both top and bottom motors are broken. They didn’t take the bed apart, just picked it up before taking it down! ****BEWARE****

Paul & Anthony did a wonderful job! I called and set the job up with less than 24 hours notice and the owner said they would be there between 8 & 10 am and they showed up at 8:20, ready to work. They wrapped everything and treated all of my items so well. I was a little concerned about how many hours it was going to take, didnt want the bill to get too high, but they busted their butts for sure! I am very thankful they were recommended and I plan on using them again when I am ready to move out of a rental into my permanent home!
