If I could leave a negative star rating I would. This company is discriminatory, and takes illegal action knowingly. When you contact them regarding the issue, they ignore you. I have all my interactions with them recorded/documented... Right down to one of their managers admitting his boss simply "had a grudge against me for no reason". Court cases are being filed.

I hired SSGC to do a feasibility study for a site in Oregon. At the onset of the relationship, everything seemed as if it would be a good fit and work out well. I explained my financial situation and asked for ball park and estimation of my project being reasonable based on my capital available. Greg refused to commit to any preliminary spectrum of cost or project potential until he had an opportunity to conduct the study. I advised Greg that I was able to put together up to 1.5 mil for this project. After we had a contract and I commited to a 7k dollar study, I discover that I need 3 mil in capital for a 10mil dollar project. I cancelled any further work as to not waste time. At this point, I requested a discount from the feasibility and consulting as we have only gotten about 60% through the process. Greg explained that I signed a contract, and the rest of the process is done out of the goodness of his heart so no discount is appropriate. Greg used an existing site that he built for my specific projections, making my specific study inaccurate as his facility is in AZ, and we're in Oregon. These states have substantial differences in construction costs and methods. This feels like a shortcut and not appropriate for what I paid for. I have a very bad taste in my mouth as I definitely didn't receive my money's worth. As a separate complaint, reaching Greg is extremely difficult and his follow up communication is lacking to say the least. I had numerous issues that I attempted to contact Greg about and he would not return phone calls, texts or respond to voicemails. I had to throw a fit with his receptionist finally before I heard back from Greg after weeks of attempted contacts. I regret using this company for my study and I have a bad case of buyers remorse as I strongly believe that Greg had the expertise to screen my financial situation and circumstances pre-study to educate me on the ballpark capital needed for our project idea. I'm left with a 7k tax write-off now that was completely preventable. I'm completely responsible for not doing my due diligence on the front side to ensure that I had mountains of cash and was taken off guard when the cost of the project was well outside of my reach. I strongly believe that SSCG could have given me a better idea of the cost projections up front which would have been the right thing to do to prevent an unnecessary loss to a potential client. Aside from my bad experience, I will say that this company has a tremendous grasp of the industry and they know their business very well. Greg and his team are very knowledgeable and have made some very professional projects happen. I am confident that if I had the amount of capital needed, SSCG would almost certainly have set me up for success and the project would have been profitable, professional and a desirable place to operate.
