A single star, because I can't give it zero star. I do not recommend it, I went to send some documents for the Dominican Republic, there was a man very disinterested in doing his job, he told me to write the address of the person to whom the documents are addressed, then I wrote all the information, when I was writing it, he told me it is 79 dollars without me asking him. Then I passed him the person's information and he tells me that the address was very long that I had to make it shorter because he couldn't write much, but in a very disgusting way, I'll never go there again.He so nasty

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES Very rude staff. They do U-Haul reservations and add coverage without asking. I put online no coverage and they change it for you without asking. I’ve reserved at other locations and they always confirm my online selection before proceeding. I called to let them know and the man started screaming and being completely rude and unprofessional.

Rude staff. They expect you to just leave your packages without giving you any type of receipt. I wouldn't trust them with my package.
