I would give zero stars if I could. I don't usually write reviews, but I want to save anyone from the absolute headache I got from this company. I used this company because my university has a partnership with them and so I thought it would be the sensible option. Pickups occurred after I had moved out because of the partnership and I received an email that my stuff had been picked up in May. I took them at their word. I scheduled my drop off in my new living space for in person in august. However two weeks prior to that date I received an email that my stuff was delivered early. This confused me so I emailed several times to confirm and each customer service representative told me a different answer as to where my belongings were. Some said it would be delivered later, some said it had already been delivered. I confirmed my address and order number and got differing responses every time. The last confirmation said my belongings were inside my room "safe and ready". Then I arrived at my room to find nothing there so I emailed once again. I received an email that my belongings were safely in my room; while I was standing in my empty room. I don't know what on earth is going on with this company. They blatantly lie to their customers as to the location of their belongings. Also, the website required me to write a review and requested a tip before I even had proof of delivery for me to even access my account details. There is no communication within this office and clearly none of them know what they were doing. I will never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy. I really do hope this company fixes their communication issues so that this doesn't happen again. The day of my actual delivery was a nightmare. The only redeeming thing was that the movers I had were so kind. But everything else about this experience was simply dreadful.

I was so impressed with the service! It was more than just moving my stuff; it was about peace of mind. They were not only quick but also very courteous and respectful of my belongings. The process was smooth, from the easy booking to the final delivery. Everything was done with a level of professionalism that you don't often see in student services. The Buffalo manager was excellent!

This is a great service for a family moving their student to a college across the country. We moved our daughter from Texas to NYU and it was very helpful. Not cheap but the convenience was so worth it. Her boxes showed up on time and it was so easy to just unpack them instead of stressing about how to get things around New York. Thank you Divine for your communication and help with a successful move in! I will use this service again.

I called customer service today. Didn’t wait longer than three minutes. Miss Divine was so attentive. I was having trouble seeing things in my account, so over the phone she scheduled my Fed Ex pick up, and made sure everything was in order. She answered all of my questions. She had knowledge of the company which was nice because all of my questions were answered. She didn’t mind helping me over the phone. I’m so appreciative of this company. It’s making college send-off so smooth!!
