This was the worst moving experience I would have imagined. Not only did it start by Bronze Star Moving underestimating our move with Streamline so much that our inventory estimate was off by half and we were into a contract for almost 10k without knowing it, Streamline made it 100x worse. Our pick up and delivery dates and times were moved 5 times in total with no heads-up, and when our things were delivered: 1)boxes were literally destroyed and falling apart, 2) furniture was damaged and put together incorrectly, and manager Oren told me to fix it with wood glue, 3) dents in our new home were made while moving things in with not enough man power, and 4) I'm unpacking things and ALL OF MY FRAGILE BOXES ARE SHATTERED. Family pieces over generations that were professionally packed and safely full. Shattered. I'm absolutely beyond words. You have to also pay in full in-person IN CASH OR MONEY ORDER. Not only does this make you uncomfortable when they leave with your things and untraceable cash, but who has large sumps of money ready and laying around? There was no heads up. Working with this company (and Bronze Star, also terrible) made a stressful move honestly 100x worse. I was in contact with Oren (manager) when the movers moved our things in and drilled inappropriate roles into our furniture, and they all told me my furniture was broken and couldn't be put back together. I sent images to Oren looking for resolution (some sort of insurance, anything??) and was ignored. So very hurt and disappointed by how my family and our belongings have been treated.

As a first time user of professional movers my experience with Streamline was excellent! Every department throughout the process was helpful and more than willing to help me which definitely reduced the stress of moving. I especially found the pick up, packing and delivery people friendly and hard working...they did not waste any time!!

I wouldn’t even leave one star, I am not impressed with this company at all. The worst communication ever. You’re better off burning all your stuff and starting over, before hiring this company to handle your belongings. The lack of care for the things you work hard for, was a slap in the face. Leaving marks and dents in walls, broken furniture, can’t even put furniture back together right, left trash under all the beds. The word FRAGILE means nothing. I think that word is pretty universal no matter what language you speak, but not for these folks. I could go on, But if you haven’t got the point to keep looking for a more honest company, then I wish you the best of luck. When you file a complaint they try to offer you $50 and say it’s part of moving. I believe in Karma and judging by the other reviews. It’s already working.

Me and my wife hired this company to move us from Texas to Arizona. The lady i talked to on the phone said that the company will call 30 minutes to 1 hour before showing up. I never received a phone call they just showed up. This company left some of me and my wife's belongings behind. They arrived to the delivery address and did not even unload all of our stuff. They also left some of their packing boxes right in our front yard which we had to end up taking care of. They also got packing tape stuck to our brand new carpeting. I even asked the driver if they will take their packing boxes with them, the driver replied with "yes". Me and my wife even helped this company out and next thing you know they just left all of a sudden without even letting us know. I do not understand how this company is still in business the way they acted. They even wanted payment before they would download anything off of their truck. I am a veteran and this should be no way to treat a veteran. My wife called customer service to complain about the stuff we were missing. Customer service told her to take pictures of the stuff we are missing. I never heard anything so stupid in my life. How are you going to take pictures of stuff missing? After all the things we been through with this company and they only offer us a $50 refund. I only gave this company 1 star because that is what the system would let me do. Actually i would give this company negative five stars.

These people are crooks. And very unorganized. Watched these guys carelessly load our items. The next day harry calls me asking if we were ready to unload our items. We left on a Friday night, and had to stop for the night. The contract he wrote 1st date he'd be able to drop was the 12th weds. Every day he contacted us, same thing. They also made it hard to pay. When the day came he wanted to unload at 8a.m. we didn't even have the keys yet..we bargained for 11 a.m. that time came and went he was a no shoe but then he calls....uh uh...we are broken down and someone is working on the truck. I'll call you back at noon. 12 came and went and I called him....we should be there at 4:30. I call bluff. After all this over, we started looking at our stuff. So much damage. Our mothers butter churn from her farm was busted, my ottoman is completely broken, 1 box that was packed and wrapped up well looked as if it was dropped on its side breaking several glasses. Including a coffee cup my son bought for me for mothers day. An antique kerosene lamp and a table top is scraped. 1 piece of luggage was missing and shown up a week later. A lot of the boxes labeled fragile were squished and laying upside down. Very unprofessional. I asked for compensation for this and nothing was done. CROOKS...do not hire them.
