They gave me an appointment time. I came and they changed it. Paperwork stated the date and time. Yet the computer had a different date. So i hade to wait another 24 hrs. not allowed to use the restrooms. They won't unload you even if they have no trucks to unload. It has happened to many drivers besides me. I've asked if we can call in to verify the appointment given to us and I was told no. We cannot call the office. We need to have shipper email them and they will respond when they can. But by then I'll be gone and on my way to my appointment. Good luck to you if you come here. 48 hours is a long wait to be unloaded. If they change your appointment time, it would be nice to be notified.

To quote the business motto on the side of their trailers, "Business is a race and we're setting the pace!" A toddler has better pacekeeping ability than these drivers. Doing 67 at the bottom of the hill before the scales. Just south of Tacoma. Doing 60 up the hill. Suddenly noticing that they're lagging behind and back to doing 67, then slowing back down to 63, then speeding back up to 65, then back to 63, and finally back to 67. I could use this driver's speedometer to generate cryptographic keys with that level of inconsistency.

Today’s 6/24/24. Very lazy lady working at check in window. My appointment was 12pm checked in 11:10am. She told me they will give me call once door available.but she didn’t call me.I Went inside to recheck. She gave me door and wrote down check in time 12:40. Now broker saying I arrived late and will charge me for late delivery
