It was definitely ok. No problems. Bed was a little hard. Refrigerator made noise all night and the rooms could be updated. Customer service was excellent. Bree was friendly and accommodating. From check In to check out, she was awesome. Best front desk service I've had in a long time. Kudos!

Our room was not properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower. The window seals haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long. When I turned on the faucet in the bathroom black water came out for a second before it turned clear. We didn’t even eat the breakfast because we were so grossed out.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed! Please don’t book this if you are traveling here. I would suggest to go to other places. 1. The front desk forgot to put us into their system, so next day the other employee just opened our door and tried to enter our room. 2. I asked the front desk to clean up the room for us and gave us some towels for two days. This never happened. 3. Coffee is empty and no one was about to refill it during breakfast time. Only some energy bars were provided. 4. Smoking policy is nothing. Staff or other guests smoking at the stairs and even on the 2nd floor.

Traveling nurse, was supposed to stay 3 months. I'm checking out early for a few reasons. The main reason is staff at the front desk. Either nobody is there or the lady Bree sits at a desk behind a door and pretends she dont hear anybody. I've stood there 15 minutes waiting to get a key, and seen 4 customers in line waiting and she pretended she didnt hear anyone. Went 2 days without toilet paper and towels because nobody is at the desk. Again today, i went to desk twice and nobody is there. Coffee in the morning has been empty every time. Not to mention, my room don't have an oven, which is standard at Oakland Airport extended stay. And the 2 burners I do have, only 1 works. The room and area is ok. But the front desk service is worse than a Motel 6. They also double charged my card 1 week and I had to wait for a refund of 800$. Terrible service. I will not be back.
