We had the BEST experience with Suburban Solutions. They came recommended from another company that couldn’t take our business and the entire process was so stress free. They were the quickest to respond and get me a quote, everything was easy to decipher and reasonably priced, a deposit was paid and they (Brian) kept in touch as we prepared. We packed our own house but sent photos and videos of what we had done and they came so prepared day of to wrap furniture and get everything loaded! Their team of five led by Steven were SO kind and friendly, communicated clearly, worked quickly, and obvious care was taken for an incredibly smooth move out and move in. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

Great move yesterday. It was only a one-bedroom apartment to another one-bedroom but the experience was super pleasant. It started with Brian being super communicative and helpful drafting the quote. Then the moving team was super nice and professional. They helped boxing the remaining items and moved everything efficiently during a snow storm. Thanks for everything!

Update 9/5- left Brian a voicemail on 8/29 and still have not heard back to “discuss”. Guess this company does not want to take accountability for their actions. Recently used this company this past weekend. They did not seem to be prepared with packing equipment. I noticed the next day my sofa has a tear on the ends. All they did was wrap the entire sofa with thin plastic..If they had properly wrapped the edges of the sofa with cloth this would have not happened. Very disappointing to see a $2,500 piece of furniture get damaged because of a careless decision/action by the movers.

Hands down this company is the best. I’ve used Suburban Solutions Moving twice now in the past five or so years. I've used a bunch of other companies before and in between as well (finally dug up my old inbox to purposely find the one company that killed it)... They’re the only moving company I’ve ever used that can put the following on their resume: -They communicate the details upfront and there’s continuous communication throughout the process. -They confirm a date/time and stick to it, plus they’ve always arrived and finished early. -They give you the most accurately possible quote for costs -I’ve always ended up paying less than they quoted. -They take care of your things and treat them like their own. -They get the job done in half the time it takes any other company I’ve hired -no exaggeration here. The crew that helped me -Josh, Jake, and Pierre were unbelievably efficient and it was obvious they were hustling to get it done as quickly as possible. These guys made lifting heavy items, which would prob injure most of us, seem effortless. They were not only the best at what they were doing, but they also had great vibes and were awesome in general to be around. These dudes have that drive necessary for understanding and improving the value realized by any client. They'd be an incredible asset to any team, anywhere in the jobforce. Additionally, Brian, the owner, possesses a second-to-none understanding of the customer experience and how to ensure customer success. He always made me feel as though he was right there in the trenches with me, working collaboratively to solve my problems rather than simply profiting from them, which is a stark contrast to what I’ve experienced from other moving companies. Brian's got something figured out over there and it's obvious once you see how successfully he executes a solution to your problem, while treating you like a human and delivering on his promises. Trust me, Suburban is the easiest solution to your moving problem.
