I took the bus to the Wall St area for the 1st time I was grateful to just get there safely and fast..

I dont have a long time taking this bus, but so far, so good. The buses are comfortable, the drivers are friendly, the clients on the bus are courteous and the bus is always clean. My only complaint is the price as they charge for fuel fee aside from the fare, and I'm a part timer at work in Queens, NY. So you know where that may go. Also, the bus this morning came in early. Instead of waiting for his time to depart, the driver took off 8 minutes earlier. The next bus that followed was 20 minutes after. So between the line where we started to the line at the next stop It was crazy. It was standing room only. So you know how that went. Yesssss frustrated people waiting on a NY Bus. I'm one that I hate waiting. I guess the NYC girl in me 😜 Overall The service is good and that's one way to get to NYC

The only reason I gave them 2 is to then them on being the only public transport services that are operating in the area to get to NYC and there are friendly and caring drivers I have seen The cons...buses are not on time and schwdules are not reliable, and in many days I have been told there were no drivers and have to wait for the next schedule. There are drivers that are smokers, and when you get into the bus you can smell on all your ways. I always see stains on the seats and seems like no one cares to clean them.

Since the pandemic the service has been horrible. Ground staff / drivers do not really care and not for nothing lot of passengers have lost civic sense. I am a commuter since 2010 from East Brunswick NJ to NYC and have seen the service deteriorate and prices increase. After sending emails to customer service earlier used to get some responses now that also is rare. Wish EB township gets NJT on board as competition is the only way out as currently coachusa is the only practical option for commute to NYC from East Brunswick, NJ.

The bad reviews are right. These guys are beyond unprofessional. The drivers don't show up. Literally, don't show up. And if you call customer service, they call dispatch and somebody lies (either dispatch or driver) that they just left. As soon as my tickets run out, I'm switching to train to go to NYC for work. If you need to use this bus for work commute, look elsewhere. You will get fired for routinely showing up late because of this company. And they are the biggest liars.
