I must say.. I've been going to this store for months, and I love the customer service offered here. Your employees are always so welcoming, punctual, and helpful. Vanessa, Lupe, and another gentleman (sorry, I never asked for his name) always happens to be working when I come around, and they are the best. I love walking in and seeing them. As a matter-of-fact, I always hope to see them when I make my trips to this location. They multi-task very well. They work and greet/talk to us at the same time. I commend your employees here.. keep up the good work with the awesome team you have

Wonderful staff there trying to help every customer in the kindest way possible while sticking to company policy as well. Even though it's a bit of a drive, I will make sure to go to this location going forward just because of the staff and how they handle their customers. Kudos!

WoW - 5 stars and more ! This location has the most Wonderful Team of Associates. I met Vanessa, Andy, and Victoria - on multiple days —- and they ALL went above and beyond with helping me shipping packages with different weights and size. I watched these associates work as a great team does; supporting each other and efficiently helping customers. This busy team, somehow, finds time to keep the store organized and customers packages in their proper place; which I truly appreciate - Thank you !

Lupe helped me today. She was very patient being that I had about 5 returns from Amazon and u didn't know which QR code was for each item. She patiently helped me and had great customer service. Andy and Victoria were so helpful. I got there minutes before closing, and they were so patient and kind. They didn't turn me away. They weighed 3 boxes and let me move stuff from one box to another to make the total more affordable and taped the boxes for me. I definitely recommend the location on Capitol Expressway in San Jose. 5 stars for excellent customer service!!
