OUTSTANDING CREW! Zach wss the lead and nothing but professional, attentive, hard working and took extra care. The team of Dawson, John B, Daron C, Cy, Luke and Juston were a dream. Hard working polite men with extreme care of our belongings. I could not recommend this company and A TEAM more. Initially i was prepared to give Summit Moving a 5 Star rating as I was impressed with the three young men who arrived and were courteous, worked diligently and appeared to have my concerns at heart. The move went quicker than we initially anticipated. I had taken the time to mark each package with the room that it should be placed so not to have to have confusion at the time of delivery. At the end of the move, I tipped each young man a VERY generous tip and thanked them for their work. Much to my chagrin, once I started to unpack and put things away I discovered several items missing and broken. I emailed the office and requested a return phone call. I have yet to receive a return call. I emailed them 3 times. I called and left a message and no one has called me back. I have used this company for on four (4) moves in the past. You would think that they would have the courtesy to at least call me back. I will NOT use them again and I recommend that you do not use them either if they cannot return a phone call. Started off great then went down hill when our move actually started. We started with our quote which we were told would be high just incase. He also told us we would get storage for free but failed to mention the putting in and taking out charge for our items. We were told the more we pack the less it would be. We packed around 50-60 boxes. Moving and packing guys were nice and professional. We were very appreciative when they brought our stuff the day of the move and waited for us longer then we expected due to our closing taking longer. Once everything was packed they counted the boxes. I told them which ones I packed and they said they still needed final count. Something tells me that they added those to the boxes they packed because our final bill was over $3,000 more than what we were quoted which was suppose to be more then we would actually pay according to our consultant. We started opening up boxes and noticed what was labeled on the box was not what was actually in the box. “Kitchen” had garage stuff in it, “bar” had living room stuff. Boxes were placed in incorrect rooms. Stuff was just thrown in boxes. We had two very expensive items that were broken. Apparently putting a cardboard box on the front of a tv is good enough. My son’s toys were thrown in boxes with dirty garage stuff. Food was placed in with my husbands yard work tools. Sharp objects were just left out. We were less than happy. I did bring this to the attention of someone and they apologized but that was it. I emailed also about the discrepancy in our “high quote” verses what we were charged for and never got a response. The only reason I gave them two stars was because of the day of our closing they waited for us. I most likely will not recommend this moving company. I was very unhappy by the end of it.

Could not be happier with our moving experience with Summit Moving & Storage — led by team leader and Cleveland rocker Robbie Allen of Robbie Allen and the Love Shack fame. The guys did an awesome job as they loaded 2 fully loaded trucks from our four-bedroom Stow home and moved us to Champion Twp. Throughout the day they provided the muscle and problem solving. We enjoyed the smiles, laughter and even greater stories from the crew. If you choose Summit — and you should — maybe, you'll get this amazing crew of guys. Thank you Summit Moving and Storage. Monday September 23, 2024 Zack and Big Kev Came to my apartment to pack, box and move out some items from my apartment. When the job was finished, they had boxed 17!! I was amazed!!! They were very professional, efficient and fast!! They got started around 10 o’clock and they were completely finished by noon!! I was overwhelmed because they didn’t realize how much of a big struggle they lifted off my shoulders! I will highly recommend them for anyone requiring their services!! And if necessary, I would definitely use them again!! I was so happy with the service I received from them that when everything was finalized, I gave both of them a big hug!!
