Yesterday we had a Pulaski Furniture Corner Curio Cabinet delivered and set up by two of your service representatives. They really delivered on your "White Glove Delivery" service. Very efficient, competent and clean installation. They also removed a broken unit with the same efficiency. I want to make sure Sun Delivery is aware of the wonderful customer service these two young men, driving and delivering for your company, were providing on your behalf.

I wish I could give them a zero rating. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. They changed my delivery date 3 times with less then 24 hrs notice. Each with a lame excuse about problems with the truck, the truck didn't leave on time ect.... So because you can't do your job well the customer suffers with no recourse because your holding their delivery hostage till they FEEL like delivering it. Avoid working with this company. Their lack of professionalism will only reflect badly on you. If you purchase some online like from overstock for example DO NOT buy the item if this company is the one delivering it. It's a nightmare dealing with them and you will not receive your item in a prompt and timely manner. Bottom line do not work with this company!!!

Terrible delivery service!! Been waiting over 2 months to receive items that have been purchased only to get the run around about an actual scheduled delivery! Terrible customer service communication! Apparently nobody knows anything when it comes to a delayed delivery, rescheduled delivery or if you’ll ever even receive your item! At this point it’s more worth cancelling everything and purchasing elsewhere so we don’t have to deal with the completely inconveniencing delivery service. I highly do NOT recommend anyone to this service!

I would like to give ZERO if possible. They never commit what they have committed, never give you a call or any update after changing a delivery plan, stay away from it and avoid buying anything from anywhere uses delivery service from this company.

I highly recommend you stay away from sun delivery llc at all cost. They have been harassing me for the past six months despite repeated attempts to cease and desist.
