I want to thank the crew at Sunbelt Rentals locations in Naples and Ft. Myers FL., for being so helpful. I needed a tile and grout machine, but Naples did not have the machine, Elijah at the Naples location brought the machine from Ft. Myers to Naples for me. I had questions about the machine, and their customer services were beyond helpful. They told me about the machine, how to work the machine in detail. Now this was on a Friday, and On Saturdays, I could not get the machine to work, so I called and was transferred to their on call customer service, because they are they close on Saturdays. The technician called me within 20 minutes. We facetime and he assisted me with getting the machine to work. I will never rent any machinery from any place else. Thank you Sunbelt Rentals for acknowledging what it means to give exceptional customer service.

I've been dealing with sunbelt for my whole career and I've never had an location be so incompetent, rude, and arrogant as they mess everything they do up day in and day out. From the very start they don't drop off all the parts for scaffolding and I have to stop my project to retrieve the missing safety pins, and then upon returning the scaffolding Ronald at the front desk accuses me of not returning all the casters for said Scaffolding. Which was already previously returned, Ronald insisted until I just ended the conversation informing him I'd be calling the territory manager, Kyle. After I helped their guys unload the scaffolding I returned to the office where magically the previously "missing" casters were accounted for and put as received with no apology from Ronald. I wish I could say Ronald was just having a rough day however He has expressed his horrendous customer service skills time and time again. He isn't someone I'd want to be representing my company.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would avoid this place if possible. i called and requested a man lift for a one day rental. when I arrived to pick it up they tried to charge me 4 times the amount for a much larger machine. After complaining for about 5 minutes they finally managed to rent me the correct piece of equipment for almost 50% more than the price quoted over the phone. I reluctantly rented it and was told if I returned in less then 4 hours then I would receive a 20% discount. After 2.5 hours the equipment was returned and my discount was only $20.00 because I had the machine over 2 hours. Nothing but misinformation or strait up lies from this location. be careful you are WARNED. Rent from a reliable honest company.
