I had a fantastic experience with the SunBelt Moving team. They were amazing and extremely efficient, and handled our items with care. Hiring them for our move was the absolute best decision, and I highly recommend them! Greg, Kim, Kevin, Jeff, Dave, and Andrew were all a joy to work with!

This review is based on the two gentlemen we had come pack up our home for our military move to Hawaii. Chris and Bobby showed up Thursday morning (4/25/24) to start our pack up. They worked great together as a team and were super efficient and very polite. They seemed to have a system down that worked well with each other. Chris answered any questions we had and was thorough in his work. Bobby did an excellent job of wrapping up the belongings securely. Both worked hard. They came back today (4/26/24) to finish up and we were just as pleased. Thank you Chris and Bobby!

The owner has reached out to me and we are trying to work through the experience, I will update the review soon............“BEWARE” In over 32 years of Military service my family has moved 15 times this move was the worst. I am writing this review because I have asked to speak with the owner 3 times with 3 different employees to convey our story. As of writing this we have still not be contacted by anyone from the company let alone the owner. Here is a short list of the things we experienced. I will be sharing my story with the Military moving and logistics office so that other service members do not have to endure the same poor service. PACKING: 1. No respect for our property, things were not packed properly and resulted in a lot of damage. - i.e. heirloom oil pantings were just thrown into a box with kitchen utensils 2. Estimated timeframe for packing was 1-2 days which turned into 3. 3. We accommodated to their sporadic schedule changes and they NEVER showed up on time. 4. Final price was 23% more than the estimate. 5. The “man in charge” yelled at my daughter saying how we used his ‘parts box’ for packing and how that was the only one that he had and that we shouldn’t have done that. DELIVERY: 1. A one day delivery turned into two. 2. The truck showed up 2 hours late. 3. Only 2 people showed up: One complaining of being sick and the other unable to lift heavy objects. 4. TRUCK WAS NOT WATERPROOF. Many of our things got wet in result. 5. We had to help them with unloading the truck, lifting/bringing boxes and furniture into our home AND all unpacking. 6. A larger piece of furniture needed to be brought up the stairs. Along with me helping the men carry the piece, they were having trouble trying to fit it. They kept saying that we needed to break our banister to make it happen. My daughter had to step in to give them advice on how to fit this piece up the stairs. 7. They insisted on not disassembling a large table and trying to fit it through a doorway resulting in damage to the door and damage the table. After their second attempt, I stopped them and told them to disassemble the table. They did and it easily fit through the opening. 8. Second day they hired 2 additional movers to help. THANK GOODNESS. I wish I knew the company these men typically worked for because they were running in and out of our house getting our unpacking done in a fraction of the time the men did the day before. 9. The “man in charge” went down to the basement where my wife was unpacking and he told her that she needed to pay them extra money because he didn’t know there would be this much stuff. (everything was noted in the estimate) 10. On day 2 of delivery, the “man in charge” sat in the truck for 30 minutes after arrival while the other 3 men worked. Once he finally came out of the truck, he was acting erratically standing inside the box of the truck while the other men kept working. The best way I could asses his behavior would be to someone who was intoxicated. He then proceeded to throw weighted balls from our home gym, down the ramp, almost injuring one of the hired men. This moving job was inadequate, disrespectful and unprofessional.

My mover was Janson. We moved from Florida to West Virginia. He did outstanding job, got my stuff in two days, very professionally. I received everthng in excellent condition , would recommend to anybody for out of state move.
