Sunny’s Transportarion has been transporting my family to and from the airport for the last 5 years, and we will always be loyal returning customers due to the wonderful service we always receive. Pricing is fair. Communication is good with email and text reminders and confirmation prior to pick up, and drivers are always punctual, and often even early, and always pick up and drop off comfortably at the curb closest to our destination. Vehicles are always look and smell clean and always provide a safe and comfortable ride. With all the planning and worrying that happens with vacations, our airport transfers are something that I know I don’t need to worry about. Sunny’s team is great and I highly recommend this service to all my friends and family! Thank you, Sunny! We will see you again soon for transfers before and after our next vacation!

Excellent service!! From the very first email to get information about Sunnys services to the final trip to the airport, everything was amazing. I had so many questions and concerns (I needed a car seat - interestingly, the service listed on the Disney website does NOT provide car seats) but all my questions and concerns were addressed quickly, efficiently and kindly - I never felt I was bothering them with my incessant questions. As soon as we landed, we got a text that our driver was in the area and when the Lincoln SUV pulled up to pick us up, we were very impressed. It was a beautifully comfortable car (complete with car seat) and our driver (Carlos) handled that LA traffic with ease and skill - I give him much credit for dealing with driving that route safely. When it was time to go home, again we got a text that Carlos was outside our hotel and again our ride to the airport was smooth, quick and worry-free. I would hire Sunnys Transportation again in a heartbeat - professionalism at its best!

Had a very good experience! We needed to go from Fullerton to downtown LA for an evening concert. Sunny arrived early for the pick up, dropped us off in front of the venue, communicated via text for the timely pick up after the concert and then safely returned us at the end of the evening. The booking and billing processes were also easy and well communicated. Would definitely use Sunny's Transport again!

Sunnys is our go-to each time we visit LA. Drivers are professional and courteous. I like being able to have a guaranteed ride since LAX is so busy. They communicate very well; you recieve an email confirmation with details and I've emailed back several times with questions and they are always good about responding within a few days. You get texts when driver is on their way and what to do. We were fortunate to have George on both rides to and from airport. He greeted us with a warm smile in the early hours of the morning. The perfect start and end to our vacation.

We had a great experience with Sunny’s on our Disneyland vacation! They were able to accomodate our large group of 9 people, including children who needed car seats, and got us to and from the airport without a hitch. Our driver was also incredibly friendly! Highly recommend.
