Barely one star. I certainly made the wrong choice - and an expensive one too. The crew who packed my house were utterly chaotic. There was no method to packing the house up. They took over 9 hours and threw my belongings in boxes with little wrapping. They packed electrical items with household cleaning products and used cushions as padding. Boxes were not correctly labelled either so this made unpacking the other end much much harder than it needed to be. What professional company puts garage and garden things in the same crate as your lounge furniture? Totally unprofessional service and disappointing. Would never recommend to anyone. When I fed back my concerns they really did not care.

Thank you to the truly wonderful team at Sunnyside Removals. We moved in February and are now beginning to feel very at home in our new house! Reflecting on the move, it is because of the exceptional service Sunnyside Removals provided that we were able to settle in so quickly and efficiently. The entire team were excellent. Our exchange to completion was tight, however the owner of Sunnyside Removals found a way of fitting us in. Craig and the rest of the moving team were so incredibly patient, kind, hard-working and efficient. There were some issues when we arrived at our new home, and the team went out of their way to help resolve these for us and even changed the plan, putting our stuff in storage overnight and instead coming back the next day. They are such a good team and good people - salt of the earth. Thank you again!

I'm so glad I went with these guys for my move. The removal men were such hard workers but also handled all of our stuff with care. Not a single break or item damaged and they were super helpful setting up our furniture at the new house. Excellent job and would definitely recommend.

I can’t praise Sunnyside enough - they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We had a LOT of things to move so it was done over 3 days and Rob and Damian were efficient and polite at all times and helpful with little tips along the way. Moving is stressful but a good company can help make it less so - we wholeheartedly recommend Sunnyside.

2/5/2024, 8:15pm I witnessed a Sunnyside Removal van tailgating and beeping a lady driver as they were driving down Southwood Road which is a 30mph limit. I can only imagine the driver of the van felt they were driving too slowly which warranted the bullying behaviour. The driver of the van then overtook the car. This is totally inappropriate behaviour and if this individual is representative of the type of people that work for this company, then I would not consider using their services. Perhaps the company owners might reflect on how the behaviour of people driving their branded vehicles reflects on the image and reputation of their business.
