Moving is always a nightmare. Regardless of how much preparation you plan, it is just so stressful. Recently I had to move and found Sunset International Shipping- they are a life saver! Guys! Sunset Shipping saved my life. I had a client that was moving who couldn't speak english so I was with them the whole way overseeing the service. I've never moved internationally or had to ship anything for that matter but my daughter recently moved to the UK for work and needed help arranging the move. She (hopefully) will only be there for a year so we debated on how much of her belongings to send and risk loss or damage or a huge price tag. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the process with the help and guidance Sunset Movers was able to provide. Friends of my daughters had used them to move across the country and swore by them. They came and did an assessment the day after we first contacted them and could arrange for a pack and pick up anytime we were ready. We ended up sending a few extra items based on the price and ease. The movers and transport teams stayed in contact with both my daughter and I in separate countries by then and were right on schedule. I look forward to using them again for my daughters return!

After my work visa was situated it was time to make the leap and my get my things moved to the U.K. for work. The whole over seas moving seemed so complex. Especially with the paper and everything involved. Sunset stood out because it offered a full service international move. Meaning they take care of paper and all other legal details. Staff was nice over the phone. The pricing was easy to understand which is also why I chose them. Some of the other places I looked at had all these extra fees for certain things. It just seemed like a headache to avoid. The move took 2 weeks. It wasn't perfect but it was good. One of my bedroom lamps got damage but the manager reimbursed me for it. So I let it go. Overall they did a solid job.

Outstanding company & moving experience. Very professional & courteous staff. Was about to coordinate a move within 72 hours when our original moving company never showed up! The crew was hard working & got us out of our house in 10 hours. Despite the time constraints, there was no sacrifice in quality & it didn’t feel rushed! Would give them a higher rating if possible! Highly recommended!!!
