I recently used Sunset Moving Solutions to move my personal belongings from Miami to Copenhagen, and I’m deeply disappointed with the service. Upon arrival, I discovered that several of my items were damaged. After investigating, it was determined that the damage occurred during the initial packing stage in Miami, which was handled by Sunset Moving Solutions. When I reached out to address the issue, I was met with a response that essentially denied any responsibility because the move was international. Despite this, it’s clear that the damage was caused during their portion of the service. I understand that not everything can be reimbursed, but I expected at least some form of compensation for the damage done during the packing process. If you're considering Sunset Moving Solutions for your move, I would strongly advise taking precautions. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve issues in a fair manner is highly concerning.

I was so happy with the service provided and can't recommend them enough!! Jaime is a very nice and graceful guy and has a great team working for him. They were always on time, responsive, educated and acomodating. They packed all my furniture, kitchen equipment and decorations efficiently and with extra care. Moving can be stressful and working with a team like this really makes a difference and guarantees everything will go on smoothly, because you are in the best hands out there!

The best of this company for us was the excellent customer care we received by Ms Rosie Cavalier. Her professionalism was surpar and beyond expectation. She took care of all our needs as it were family. She made us feel confident that our trans-country move will be in good hands with her. There were some minor furniture damage, but overall the service was excellent. And even with those minor things, she offered a good resolution we were pleased with. The communication was prompt and excellent and any questions were answered immediately. She tried hard to get our furniture on dateline and she delivered! I highly recommend this company specially if Ms Rosie remains at he front face of the business and operations. No regrets and if i ever need a company to move again I will reach out to her.

I’m am very happy and relieved after having used Sunset Moving Solutions to move some of my furniture to another location. The guys were very professional, on time and acknowledged any concerns I had. I was impressed how detailed they were when wrapped all my furniture to avoid damage. Unfortunately before them I used another company that charged me a lot of money and did a horrible job. They will be the company I use from now on and I highly recommend them. No headaches, hassle or problems.
