Horrible! I can’t understand how this company has good reviews. Maybe I got them on a bad day? Either way I was subcontracted to them by starving students. I did not know this company was my movers until they showed up. I was quoted 4 hours using 4 movers and it took them 7.5 hours with added 30 min for driving time. The two extra movers were late to arrive and very late to new home from old home. The owner was very rude and on his phone a lot of the time. Getting extra movers was a waist of money because out of the 4 only 2 were really working. Only furniture was moved, no boxes and no items needed to be packed by them. They did not damage anything but the amount of time they took to wrap each item would have been comical if I wasn’t paying so much by the hour. We had all drawers to furniture emptied and ready to move. They moved 5 dressers, 4 mattresses (only one bed frame, two end tables, 3 desks, kitchen table and chairs, sofa, recliner, tool bench, garden bench, refrigerator, washer/dryer and a tv stand. We packed and moved all of our boxes and cloths. After seeing how slow they were packing up my sons and I did our best to speed things up when they were unpacking. We unwrapped furniture snd folded up blankets. I put my own bed together and we moved the furniture into place. After all of that when owner was giving me the absolute shake down of a bill he had the nerve to tell me I had to pay 20% tip and that all customers do. When I told him I just paid twice as much as I should have he got angry and shouted to the other movers outside (for all my new neighbors to hear) that I gave them nothing and he stormed out.
