We’ve had a high end piece of furniture that Superior was holding hostage. They scheduled delivery no less than ten times and then just wouldn’t show. I rearranged my schedule numerous times, waited for hours, then they wouldn’t show nor answer calls. They finally came unannounced, when nobody was home, and left the very expensive piece of furniture outside. I would never use this company.
