That did not go as planned. They had a moving plan. They didn't follow that plan. Each step of the plan they changed, they didn't notify us. It ended with us calling Law Enforcement trying to locate the truck full of stuff because we had no idea where it was. Just a complete lack of communication when you entrust someone with all of your things. It seemed like a good idea because it was a good price. They took everything apart, like bed frames, desks, toolboxes, and then put it all back together backwards or incorrectly using only a leatherman to tighten bolts.
