My grandpa passed away in October of 2023 and he left behind my 81 year old grandma! After that our goal was to move her to Arizona where our family is at! When I first contacted Superior Moving I had the pleasure to speak to Eli, he was so attentive, caring and very professional with us. He made everything possible to get my grandma moved out, he truly did accommodate us is every way possible! We then had the pleasure of meeting Daniel the owner who did the estimate on what we were taking! He was extremely nice and very helpful. I couldn’t be thankful enough for all the service they have provided during the move! The care they took with my grandma’s furniture was the best I have seen. This company is one I will go back to in a heart beat if I ever have to move another family member again! I would recommend them to anyone who ask for a moving service.

I highly recommend Superior Moving and Storage. My move went phenomenally well from San Diego to Seattle and they were able to complete my move on the exact day I wanted so I was able to have all my things on the same day I reached Seattle. Not only were the movers quick they also packed and moved my things carefully and I did not see any damage on anything moved including my mattress. Lastly, both Eli and David were very responsive and assuaged any of my concerns, while also answering all of my questions before and during the move. Moreover, the price for the move was very good and was less than any of the other companies I contacted for estimates. Due to the service of Superior Moving and Storage, I had a very pleasant move and, though I was nervous going into the move, Eli and David walked me through each step and went over and beyond my expectations.

Superior moving did every thing they said they would, and kept me up to date at every step. The move cost more than my initial estimate by a good amount, but that was mostly my fault for 1. underestimating the amount of stuff during verbal inventory, 2. Not finishing packing miscellaneous stuff like lamps pictures tvs dishes etc. 3. changing to a 3rd floor apartment on delivery at last minute, and 4. not being able to get their semi truck into my complex for delivery (my fault for not verifying properly). Dan, Eli, Andrew, and the movers did a great job with a great attitude at every step.

This company is unlike any other I have experienced in any industry. Eli called us in less than 10 minutes from our online request, and remained highly responsive consistently until I was entirely moved and settled. He even answered my text with a phone call while he was on vacation. Dan, the owner of the company was at my apartment the day of. I did not know he owned the company until the last box was removed. His kindness was incredible. The car hauling company for my West coast to East coast move did not pitch until several days after initially scheduled to pick up my car. I had a flight the same day as my move. Dan offered to keep my car at his home, and arranged with the hauler to have the pick-up address changed. Despite needing to be on site for his business he stayed home until the hauler picked up my car. Epic company and rockstar Team!
