Superior Movers did an awesome job when they showed up they disassembled all of our furniture and wrapped it very carefully. When I booked originally with them a week prior the office staff was very friendly and very nice not only was the price really cheap. But they also gave us 5 free boxes with our move. This moving company is the best moving company I have ever hired. All I can say is if you can see for yourself and call these guys because I am amazed of how wonderful of a job they did of taking care of my furniture they went beyond awesome.

It should be called Inferior Movers. It's the worst company to hire for moving in San Antonio. They tried to reschedule my appointment the date prior to the move, and I should have canceled. It took 2 guys, well, 1.5 (since one was sick with the flu) 12 hours to move 6 packed bedrooms for $1000! I still had to rent a truck to finish the move the next day. They damaged every single furniture, and the company did not pay one cent for the damages. They broke stuff, and threw it away; that way you could not claim it. They made holes in the walls and the floors when they moved the furniture. The packing and wrapping didn't protect one bit! I am surprised they are still in business.

****DO NOT HIRE THIS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!******
I had an appointment scheduled between 9a-11a, I never got a call & nobody showed up so I called and was told they were running late. I got a call at 12:15p that they were on the way - they didn't arrive until 2:30pm!!! One of the movers said it was his first day. he had filled out an application previously & he was called that morning and was offered $100 plus beer money to go to work. He had no idea what he was doing and according to him his only moving experience was helping his friend move into his apartment. He was being trained on my time and it took them over 2 hours to load not even half my stuff in the truck. When they finally arrived at my new apartment the new guy worked 10 minutes and quit on the spot. The other mover was trying to move stuff but wasn't able to because it was too heavy. He left a piece of my furniture on the stairs bc he couldn't carry it anymore & my husband had to carry it to get it out of the way. They finally called the office and stopped the clock after almost 45 minutes of nonsense. They sent out a supervisor, who apparently ended up being the owner, he told the mover to start the time again at 6:45p but I have a receipt from checking out at a store at 6:45p and he had not arrived yet. Even with proof, I still got charged starting at that time because apparently the customer is never right to this company. Even the mover agreed that he wasn't there at that time. He was there for about 20 mins and another gentlemen arrived to take his spot. They had to go back to my house and load up again bc they couldn't fit everything in the small truck they brought. These guys were able to load and unload in about 3 hours. They didn't leave my apartment until almost midnight. That's right - it took them all day long to move me. We were not given any type of credit for all the hours we wasted waiting around for them to show up, we were even charged for the one guy trying but not doing anything for an hour. Whoever answers the phone has a horrible attitude and thinks people just want things for free and I was told I was LUCKY they sent me a second guy to replace the worthless guy they hired and sent. If I wanted this to be an all day affair I wouldn't gotten a uhaul and saved myself almost $700. Since they left so late I didn't get a chance to check everything and I just noticed my washer is broken from where they were banging it on the way up the stairs. They are not liable since it wasn't written on the contract blahblahblah. The horrible lady that answers the phone started yelling and hung up on me. I wouldn't use this moving company even if I was paid. WORST SERVICE EVER! ***

SCAMMER!! * DO NOT USE* F RATING WITH THE BBB
I am giving this company a courtesy 1 star because the two men that moved were polite, courteous and great movers. My complaint is with Theresa, possibly the owner. She is unorganized, argumentative, abrasive and a complete scammer. Just giving her our initial information was difficult. Then they canceled in 42 degree weather stating it was icy road conditions. We were expecting snow here but that happened much later in the day. Just say the truth and do not argue and over talk. Say "It is not icy now but we may experience some difficult conditions later and we need to reschedule your time". She called when we expected them to arrive saying you can cancel the move and it will take 10-14 days to put the charge back on your credit card. She wasn't supposed to have charged the card until the job was completed. So, we paid for 2 hours. They were only picking up a new living room set for us. The drivers were complete in a hour and stated you have paid for another hour so we will put the tables together with you. They did, I signed the receipt when they stopped after 2 hours. I was not given a receipt but was told Theresa would email me a copy. She didn't have my email, so we wrote it on the receipt. but I was advised by the mover to take a picture it. He wrote total owed "0".
Theresa called and said they assembled for you and that was an additional charge. No, we paid for the movers for two hours and they volunteered to assemble. We actually said to the movers we are paying only for the 2 hours. She came back later and charged our card an unapproved $55 dollars!!! that is pure stealing. There in nothing in the contract about additional assembly charges, it actually states any changes must be in writing and agreed by both parties. She is breaking her own contract. Now I know why they have a F rating with the BBB and so many complaints. Again, do not use this company,
Also watch out when leaving a negative response. She will try to disclose your personal information.

I would not recommend this company. I moved a few weeks ago and hired this company based on reviews. They did show up on time; however, one of the guys was very experienced while the other guy was on his very first day.
The more experienced worker even mentioned that if he had his normal partner w/ him that he would've been done in half the time. Not something I want to hear when I'm paying by the hour! The new mover was too busy checking his cell phone to follow instruction given by the experienced mover. The experienced guy told him how to do the wrapping of the furniture, yet he just stood there not making an attempt to learn or help!! This drove me crazy because the other guy was busting his butt!
When they finally got my one bedroom packed up, they arrived at the new place. Instead of lifting the washer, they slid it across the floor. Leaving two huge scratches. The more experienced of the movers said, "oh that's not even a real scratch." I should have tried to see if the marks would have come up then and there, but I was so ready for them to be out of my place. The scratches are permanent across the wood floor!! They complained of the heat, they complained about their job--all things that made them look very unprofessional.
The final straw was when they were setting up the metal bed frame. The experienced mover instructed the new guy to put it together--which he couldn't do. This kid literally had NO EXPERIENCE! So the experienced mover sets up the frame, only for me to discover later in the evening that he had done it completely wrong!! So at 9pm, I'm struggling alone to get my king size mattress and frame set up. I was so annoyed that I tipped these guys $60 for a 3 hour job.
I would recommend paying a little more for another company because as the saying goes--you get what you pay for.
