Unfortunately, for me, I had run out of my four incidences with AAA car roadside service. I have thought that the four were for towing, but they were for everything like when they come out three times in the year of my membership to help with a flat and then three other times to charge batteries., and bring me a new one. So I have the warranty through AAA, but I didn't have any free installation of the battery through AAA anymore this year until I pay again in August. so they worked with me and I did end up paying them cash to come out and install it like I would've had to pay anybody else, but they were very kind to me and very helpful to me During this situation. Carlos in the office was very kind and helpful. He sent CJ and Johny To help me. Since I had fallen down my front stairwell, they were very kind & came up the back stairs to my kitchen door to get the keys to my car and they did everything they put the new battery in. They were very patient and respectful. I do appreciate all three of them.

So, in the past three months my family and I we have used Superior 1 Towing for towing 4 cars due to flat tires, accident, and dead battery. Eddie is great! He answers right away, got to us in a timely manner, went above and beyond, very professional. Totally recommend this company!

Eddie to the rescue! I was having a very difficult time trying to get a tow truck thru AAA roadside assistance, after waiting for more than 12 hours for a special front wheel lift and dollies tow, I called Superior1 Towing and spoke with Eddie, I explained my situation to him and let him know that my electric vehicle was stuck in park and not able to get to drive/neutral/reverse and if he was able to assist. He stated yes, I will have to use skates, it is going to take time but it can work. And I asked how soon he can be at the location and stated 15-20 mins, and sure enough he was there to the rescue! He even stated that i will provide you with an invoice and you can submit that over to AAA for reimbursement. His professionalism, genuine, straightforward answer and demeanor was notice since the initial call! He was beyond Amazing!! And I was glad he was able to help and take care of my towing. I would definitely use him again, and not use my AAA roadside assistance Highly recommend! Excellent employee! Beyond words!!!!!

I have a 48 plymouth lowrider bagged I broke down on the freeway called AAA took 3 hours to get me a tow truck the guy comes and does not know what he is doing dented my fender and took the paint off then says he cannot tow my car. I called SUPERIOR 1 towing in Lathrop they came out new exactly how to treat my old school car. Very nice very professional did everything right got my car on the tow truck and brought it home for me. He took care of my car like it should be treated. I would 100 percent recommend them especially if you have a low car a custom lowrider any car. So to everyone out there if you have a lowrider call them before someone else cones out and damages your car.
