I trusted them with every single item I owned and they destroyed it all AND my new home. Left me with 65K worth of damage. With each item they broke, they swore their insurance would cover it and they’d help me. I fought with the claims department for 8 months asking for only a small portion of the lost value and they offered me $250. I took it all the way to the top and they said it was my own fault for not submitting a personal renter’s insurance claim 8 months ago. Highly recommend if you’d like to start your new life in shambles. (Bonus: your boxes and clothes will show up smelling like cigarette smoke, too!)

Outstanding service from the first phone call requesting a move out in Fairbanks. The company was going to be in Fairbanks so they talked to the team and got me in. The crew was amazing . Professional yet not stuffy . They were so careful with my furniture. They delivered the furniture to my new home and set it up, they put my sliders under the furniture. The 3 man crew were personable . They asked to play music while they worked and it made for a very fun 5 hours . i would totally hire them again and highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

Every time I have moved, I have used Superman. The team is always quick, careful, extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. They recently had a promo where they collected items and took them to the dump, which I took advantage of. The same team that moved me into my home came to remove my old furniture. It was awesome to have that realization and a good laugh with them. Their professionalism is outstanding and I will never use another company for big moves! Thank you Superman!!

I used Superman for my move and loved them. I had 2 houses they needed to get loaded up and they worked with me with no issues at all. The move went very smoothly and the movers were very professional. During the move there were a couple issues that popped up and after communicating said issues with the office, they listened (which most people want anyway) and went above and beyond to correct some of those issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
