This has to be some kind of joke. I reserved my moving company via U Haul for a two hour job. Nothing about this company is Supreme and they were barely even movers. My scheduled appointment was for 1:00pm. At 1:10pm I had to call the company. I’m assuming the number was someone’s cell phone because a guy picked up quickly and sounded confused when I asked where my movers were. He said I had scheduled them for 6:00pm. Then he asked my name again, shuffled through papeará for about 30 seconds and then said “oh! I’m sorry, can we move your time to 4?”. I immediately told him no because I needed to return the moving van at that time. He told me he would give me a call back. Five minutes later he calls back and tells me that he has some guys on the way and they’ll be to my home by 3:00. I told him NO yet again as that wouldn’t be enough time to move. He then asks if he can call me back again. When he calls back the final time, he informs me that he “found some guys” and they were in an Uber on their way to me. I thought it was odd but at this point they would already be an hour late and I started loading items to keep time. When I was halfway done with my loading, these guys arrived. They did not introduce themselves, they just walked into my garage. I was annoyed so I ignored that and informed them of what needed to be moved. After loading the vehicle I was then asked if they could ride with me… one in the front seat and one in the back of the van!! I had no other movers or options so I obliged although it made me a bit uncomfortable. So myself and both movers piled into the van and hit the road. The entire drive they vented their frustrations about scheduling issues within the company which makes me believe they’ve had to deal with angry customers because of a lack of communication on management’s end. I texted the show runner and asked if I would be charged full price since I had to do half of the work. He never answered. Terrible company, terrible management, good guys working for them but all in all I’d NEVER use this company again nor refer them any business. Unprofessional from top to bottom.

Just wow.... First off... I paid for 5 hours 4 people. 3 people showed up and stayed for 2 hours, and hardly followed instructions, etc. During transport one of my potted plants tipped over and some dirt spilled - not a ton, and NOT Supreme Movers fault, however - how it was handled - literally instead of sweeping it up, and rinsing off their hands, there were muddy hand prints on my offwhite furniture, mud all over the floor. Completely jacked up one of my tables trying to force it thru a door, then blamed the company that packed the items. They busted open some paint and left it on the sidewalk, and left other trash in the street. When unwrapping mattresses, and putting hardware together they just left baggies, trash, tape, etc. all over the floor. Completely ignored what I asked to be done and then rushed off. I asked them to come back to move a few other items which they did, but then literally ignored the writing - which clerly stated which room things needed to go in. "Kitchen", "Bedroom" etc. were just ignored and they dumped as much into the center of my garage as possible. I am floored...

Not only are we missing our black book/computer bag with all of our birth certificates, social security cards, car titles, licenses, immunizations, marriage certificate, school certifications, etc., but we also have a ton of different items that are smashed and broken. They went so fast and careless, that we ended up having a ton of different items that are smashed and broken. We paid for 4 hours and they only gave us 2.

Were supposed to arrived at 9am Sunday never showed finally called around 11am rescheduled for 9am today and then called at 8:57 to ask what time are you kidding me!!! Quoted $90 per hour with a two hour minimum and then charged $270 for an hour and a half. Will not return phone call. Would never recommend this company which is too bad at the workers are nice and not their fault management sucks.
