Worked here for two years, was a great experience. Learned a lot about logistics, and polishing problem solving skills. Owners are great people. When I started back in 2020, they'd either take a route, help drivers on their own routes, or both. One thing I'd change however is the unpredictability of delivery areas. Changed a lot over months at a time, sometimes a different area every 3 months, but that's Amazon for you. Changes at a drop of the hat.

Seems to be a good place to work for. Super nice people I met that work there. I met owner of DSP on site during my interview and she seems hands on which really impressed me. Super nice and so was the team manager, Ade, on site doing interviews for DSP. Very organized and clean environment from what I saw. Plus is the vans are kept inside large indoor parking garage connected to warehouse.

This company will change your start time over & over again . they changed it on me 5 times within 6 months! & then turn around & write you up if your five minutes late for your shift! Terrible labor law practices!!!!!!

Surf logistics is an absolutely terrible company dealing with them on the phone and the man I talk to made obscene gestures to me because their driver for Amazon drove way too fast in my property and I told him to slow down extremely rude extremely unprofessional and don’t recommend them to use for anything never use surf logistics
