Hired them to move a stackable washer and dryer from one house and swap it with another washer at a different house. I had a less the desirable experience with another company in this area so I gave Suseyi a shot. Let me say, after seeing the level of care and caution they exhibited while moving I will be using Suseyi exclusively from now on. The amount of care and protection was very comforting. They did an amazing job maneuvering in a very tricky space. Not a single wall was dinged. Amazing!

Heard mixed reviews from friends/neighbors in Kitsap. Gave them a try for our recent small move. The office was fine with communication and scheduling. Our actual move was subpar. One of the movers seemed inexperienced and not professional. There was conflict with the movers communicating with each other while at our home. One of our walls was dented, and we were not told about it until it was discovered. They also did not properly cover a dresser which resulted in light scratches. Overall, would not recommend them and will be trying another company next time.

The movers showed me what they’d broken by dropping the items dramatically piece by piece at my feet, Ibrahim verbally assured me their insurance would cover it and to just text him the pictures of replacement items, well I did that, I did that until I was blue in the face. I called then sent a letter to Sara in the office. Nothing. Nothing, no reply. This company was a complete joke, unprofessional beyond belief, and I simply cannot afford to use them again. So while others I know recommend them and say they have a ‘great experience’ I received the full ‘hey if you look like you’re disabled then we figure we can rip you off experience’. I do NOT recommend Suseyi to anyone at all, ever, I’d give them ZERO stars. Sara, don’t even bother, your company had ample opportunity (opportunities!) to rectify this.

Very grateful to Ibrahim and his team for working with me to move a household and a baby grand piano. I was especially pleased with how careful they were with my piano - and the hardwood floors they were moving it onto. They were punctual, efficient, friendly, and conscientious.

As a professional full time REALTOR®, I have the opportunity to work near several pros. While I have never been dissapointed by the service provided to my clients by any local company, I have not had them blown away like Suseyi blew me away. I recently purchased my own new home and used Suseyi to pack and move for me. We got a solid estimate from them before we signed on with them. On packing day, they showed up right on time. We were embarrased as we had just both spent the previous week with COVID and didn't get a single thing packed or even cleaned up. They still managed to get the entire house packed out in one day while we spent the day with some camp chairs in our new home. The next day, again, right on time, they moved everything from the old home to the new home while we relaxed and they took care of everything. They set up all the beds, tables couches, chairs . . . they were absolutly AMAZING, freindly, professional and I will be sharing them with all of my clients from here on out!
