Paul came and did an estimate and in spite of calls for a quote he never returned our calls or provided an estimate. No explanation, just wasted our time. They used to be great to work with but the guy, Paul was really rude and walked out without saying much. I found a very pleasant and careful team to work with in the end and am very happy, but sadly won't be calling on Swan's to give estimates in the future or recommend them. As for an actual move, I can't say. We never got that far.

Swan’s Moving & Storage company have been the best moving company we’ve ever done business with!!! Very easy to get in contact with. Great communication services. The driver always updates us on the status of our belongings. We will definitely be using them again for all our future moves. They were 100% reliable and professional from start to finish!!!

I am happy to recommend Swan's. We hired them to pack as well as transport from WA to SC and I was very pleased with the level of professionalism and care of this team on both ends of the move. Eric, our move manager, gave incredible service, supervised all aspects of the move and jumped in himself to make sure our move went well. He communicated along his route and went above and beyond to make sure I was moved in and set up before he departed. We had no breakage and he moved us in on the date he said he would. Five Stars for sure!

We were connected to Swan's Moving and Storage with our move via Allied Van Lines. Allied used an Origin agent in Southern California that did a terrible job of making an accurate manifest, damaging things in the process. To further complicate things, our things were transferred to Swan's Moving and Storage and then we found out that our move to Bellingham was going to be delayed. Aimee at Swan's was very helpful and responsive to our situation. 4 months later, Swan's arrived on the scheduled day and did a fantastic job. They worked hard and made sure that we were totally satisfied. Jay and Charlie are moving professionals. They even moved out a refrigerator that we had no need for. They had an antique dining table repaired and then delivered it to use at a later date. I can't speak more highly for all of the people at Swan's!
