Very nice store, great customer service. They had a variety of shoes, and if they don’t have a specific color or style in store they can easily help you look on their online store to get those ordered for you. I specifically got the new HOKA challenger trail running shoes and am looking forward to all my runs

I was very impressed by how well trained the staff is. The salesperson who helped me was very young, and I was concerned that he wouldn't be very knowledgeable. It was the exact opposite. He was informed, patient, thorough, and effective. I'm not an avid runner and hadn't purchased this type of footwear in about 25 years. This was the best place for me.

It was an excellent experience. I was greeted immediately and assisted on getting on the wait list. In a short bit, I was assisted by Conrad who did a scan of my feet. I learned more about my feet in this visit than I have when seeing a podiatrist. With proper size and width, Conrad ensured I was given options for shoes, then insoles. I left feeling informed and confident that I had an excellent option as I continue running. The service, information and patience in the process demonstrated by Conrad was at a level rarely seen in the retail environment. Having worked in that environment for almost 50 years, I am thrilled when I come across exceptional service. Thanks Conrad!!!
