This is a terrible company to work for. Since day one I started I have bad experience and seen many red flags from the company. It's not professional. The pay in training and on the road is not realistic. How can they consistently have payroll issues of it not being correct? Wage theft is more what it seems like. I know 32 other people that started around the same time and a little after that quit. This company needs to be investigated and audit. They make many mistakes on others for being a 8.2 billion dollar company. I had a regional dedicated account with Target. Support was amazing coming from 3rd party basedout in Sacramento. The pay was awful given false promises on how my pay was going to be. Swift/Target accounts in teams get 1800. weekly guarantee. I started off with a team partner. In between temporary fill in partners . They promise a new partner that they find a team partner for me. Waiting for the new person to finish their upgrade. The person quit after passing there upgrade afterwards. Never got the chance to meet them. Left me hanging because it didn't work out in my favor. Because others poorly coordinate myloads stop, started waiting around, and didn't get paid for my time waitingon others whenon standby. Is it my fault they couldn't provide me with a team driver? Is that why I get treated less put on the bottom of their list. What's wrong with this company? Given old trucks to make runs with the loads. A lot of them we're clean and had safety issues. All that is important for this company is the loads anything else is afterwards. I shared a group chat with 15 other employees that started the same time. We all have experience similar issues. Constantly calling payroll for unpaid wages. Big company says there is no loads but mass hiring and only favoritism ones get overworked with loads. Working conditions that my colleague had to go through. Constantly unsafe issues with the trucks being assigned. Supposedly inspected ready to go. Not true. Tablets malfunction cutting miles, time and pay is what the company relies on for paying the driver. For choosing this company as my new career it failed to be and left me huge disappointment and embarrassment. This company needs a Class Action Lawsuit. Needs to be serious audit and accountable for their mistakes and actions. Osha needs to be called. The Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division or the state labor department in California needs to step in. We need to file a complaint with the FMCSA Safety Violation. Retraining all of there team from all departments and locations, because everyone you speak with has a different agenda not sharing same information from the company. How is it this company keeps getting richer off our backs and we suffer to survive with the bare minimum that is given back to us? How is that be a big company like family? Alot of talk on that. My sincere regret of wasting my time and energy on a bogus company that takes advantage of their employees giving false promises and overworking us. To keep us long periods away from home for us to be humiliated and disrespect with bare minimum pay as our earning reward. My 1st truck that was assigned to me after passing my upgrade. They said it was deep clean and inspected for safety. It was not the 1st truck that I received from Swift to be like this. My 2nd truck looked like this. Zonar leads you no truck zone areas. Its the map given from the tablet.

This terminal is too small for the number of drivers who need it. Parking is ridiculously inadequate. The truck wash is always broken. The fuel pumps are almost always broken. The repair shop and staff are excellent, except after 2:30pm. The weight room is excellent. Restrooms, showers and other facilities are usually clean. There is a vast array of junk food available for sale at reasonable prices.

My review that was posted earlier was removed because it was honest true of what the company does. Can I get paid my honest wage for driving teams. Or is that another cover up of not paying fully because Swift made mistakes on that as well. No comment that itself says lot.

OTR driver, Thank you for running this terminal as best as you guys can. Awesome place to pull over for us drivers. Shop guys always pull thru for our equipment needs. Office closes for the night. One suggestion: can we get a parking lane close to the office. A 30 min parking limit, so we can come in, shower and head back out? With Flying J getting taken away.😁.

I started their school but they wanted $7500, so I left. Got my license locally for $1500. My first 6 weeks of training for $600/week became 8 weeks of about $200/week, even though I was driving the max 11hrs/day, everyday. Then because I didn't want to continue another week of training, they fired me with no pay. I drove my car from Lathrop Ca to their corporate office in Arizona and they said there was nothing they could do, to go back to Lathrop. When I did, they called security on me and said I was trespassing since I wasn't an employee anymore. DON'T WORK FOR THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS. If you get your license with them, they will own you and keep a majority of your pay for a year or two... More than the $7500. They won't tell you how much they take. Also they'll leave you stranded for days without trips because they don't want to cost of you driving too far for a load. They don't care about their their drivers. So don't drive for them.
