Swiftway Services was recommended to me by the company that provided me our storage container (UNITS, which is similar to PODS). Reserving their services through their representative was professional and easy, and we had great communication throughout the experience. On the day I needed their services, their men showed up on time, and within 2.5hrs, they had moved everything from the storage container to the apt (which was in a 5-story building). Additionally, we had a very large sofa and their men spent a lot of time trying to fit it into the elevator. Unfortunately, we ultimately could not fit the sofa through the apt door, but I appreciated their efforts! I would recommend Swiftway without reservation.

10 out of 10 don’t recommend. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t schedule my appointment after I had already paid the deposit. Told them my insurance was paying for my move but they refused to schedule it until my insurance reached out to them and refused to call them when I provided the number. If it’s your insurance assisting or you paying out of pocket just don’t mention anything or they won’t schedule your move. On top of it the movers were late because a customer didn’t tell them how much stuff they had. That’s not my problem and of course there’s no form of compensation for that. If I’m late to the appointment it’s probably canceled but if they’re late it’s all good. Terrible experience.

I'm forever grateful to this team of three men, they went above and beyond to help me with my packing. It has been a rough day with they moving truck Penske who was so unprofessional, but Swiftway movers made it great. God bless Frances and the team. Able to schedule at my convenience. Friendly crew! I also had a special request to get items weighed before and after to be reimbursed. Managers agreed and provided excellent customer service.

Today was my second time using Swiftway Movers and if I need movers again I will go with Swiftway AGAIN. They were courteous, on time, and very careful with all of my belongings. They wrapped all of my furniture and moved everything to every room I instructed them too.
