This driver on Southington, CT, let her two dogs unleash, and they are aggressive dogs and tried to attack my 10-pound dog. I called the safety department, and the safety department acted like it was nothing, but the dogs can easily kill another dog. It's sad that they let too many dogs on a truck, especially aggressive dogs. This company is careless and doesn't care about other people's pets.

I have been here twice as a driver. This Swift terminal is more efficient and is on point. Here is 24 hr support they great support and are honest and fair. It seems like only this terminal they do by right. Here, everyone is on the same page of understanding and helping the employees. Honestly, if Swift was as good as this location all over, I would give it a 5 star☆☆☆☆☆ easily with no hesitation. I was employed by Swift as a driver in California Lathrop. My experience staring with the company was its best. From February until July, it's been an unpleasant journey for me. The pay was unsatisfied. Training was decent. Mentoring was horrible with the people I was paired up. The truck was given to me after .y upgraded was below standard on clean and safety. When signed up for the target r Regional dedicated team account, it was hit and missed all males they didn't want a female co driver who can't do boy stuff around. I was promised a female driver was on standby for a few days. It never happened. I was told I can't do teams without a partner, and they didn't have anyone to pair me up. I was disappointed that I was treated like that. I gave up and quit. My journey on my career path was disappointing, leaving me empty-handed.

This place is huge, on the biggest truck yards I ever seen. I'm impressed with the size and organization. Shop employees very friendly and helpful.

This is "Thee" Terminal. Has everything all the other terminals have, but more! (obviously) My only complaint is probably the drain flies in the bathrooms. That's a little gross. And I really don't mean to whine as this is more of a company complaint, but it's kinda wild that we have a terminal with an entire game room and cafeteria, but the West Virginia for example doesn't have private bathrooms, or a driver lounge door that actually locks.

Unprofessional drivers who are too lazy to pull forward after they fuel and keep other drivers from doing their jobs. This team driver was nowhere to be find when I pulled in beside them and fueled truck, trailer and def. Multiple trucks were waiting in line to get fuel, including behind a them. Absolutely ridiculous.
