Please do not let the website fool you, this company is nothing more than a couple guys haphazardly throwing your stuff in boxes, not labeling them, and then charging exorbitant amounts of money for the ridiculous excess of paper and boxes they use. They’ll tell you “we charge by the box, not by the hour” regarding labor costs, but this isn’t a good thing when they fill box after box with paper just to put Tupperware or towels or books or pillar candles in with it. Now that I’m on the other side unpacking my belongings, I’m appalled by the sheer inefficiency with which everything was packed. There are boxes where things were clearly just dumped in, like knives. I paid over $2000 and am sick over it. They’ll also quit hours shy of what they tell you they will, and if you need them to come back and finish the job they’ll charge you for travel time both days. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable company to begin with, not after you shell out thousands to these guys and realize what a horrible mistake you’ve made like I did.
