-We left in March due to some company changes. We are much happier now. It’s probably a better company than most but not what it was when we started. We really wanted to work there for a few more years. Been here about three years off and on. It’s a great company if you keep your head down and do your job. Pros: -New and well-maintained equipment -Hotel stays -Professional image -Excellent CSA scores -Guaranteed wage -Larger fridge -Sometimes you don’t run real hard -Get to travel -Shirts provided -Tablet with truck GPS routing -Decent benefits -Can have pets -Fair wage -Get to be a legal drug runner Cons: -Freightliner trucks -Trucks are very small for teams -Freightliner trucks -Trucks are on the lowest power setting and economy mode -65 governed speed with 30 mins of 70 for passing -You may or may not be able to take your truck home depending on your location -No per diem so you pay about $200 more per week in taxes than most companies -Occasional pay gaps after home time -95% east coast -Occasionally difficult to get bathroom breaks or showers due to security protocols -Mildly passive-aggressive company culture -Strict dress code policy -One of you almost always has to be in the truck due to security protocols -Terminals are not pet friendly I’ve had some very good jobs over the years as I have a marketing background and degree. This is definitely up there as long as you know what you’re getting into (you will be driving east in the slow lane and get there when you get there). There are quite a few superior companies but plenty of inferior ones as well. I’ll probably hang out until I buy my own truck or something. We mainly attract new teams and retirees, and I’m in the middle. Work here if you want a great job but go somewhere else if you want to make more money and run a little harder. Just depends on what you want to accomplish.

I drove team there for 5 years and retired. Hands down the BEST company to drive for. I drove all together for 19 years and wish every one of them would have been with Boyle.

From the best support team...yes I definitely mean every single one of the people in our corporate office and maintenance departments...highly maintained equipment, high end pay, great benefits, great bonus program, hotels for layover periods, reimbursement for anything you have to purchase pertaining to the job and so much more. Couldn't ask for a better company!!! I'm a driver and Love it here!!!

Boyle transportation is a superb company! They treat everyone like family. It’s such a breath of fresh air working here! I wish I had found this place sooner. I’m a new professional driver but so far, so good. It sounded too good to be true on the phone but the proof is in the pudding. I’m never leaving.
