I used GEICO roadside assistance and they connected me with T&M. No show after 2 hours of waiting. I couldn't get through to anyone to speak to. I know things can get busy, but if they couldn't help, I wish they had just said so and let me find another tow truck.

T&M cancelled my roadside assistance for no reason, stranding me. They proceeded to hang up on me when I tried to call the support number. Awful customer service and will leave you in the lurch when you most need help. I wish I could give zero stars.

Tom and Steve are an awesome team. I was stranded in the middle of San Jose at 11PM on Saturday night and they were able to tow me within 20 minutes to my home for a reasonable price even if it was a late weekend night. 1000%% recommend, thank you brotha.
