Level 1 and 2 are always full and most (if not all) spots are reserved parking. You'll only start to get some space on level 3 and above. Good and relatively clean elevators, but the stairs have strange puddles. No public restrooms available.

This parking garage is pricier than others in the area but it's a lot less congested throughout the day compared to other sjsu options.

This is the worst parking spot, in one of the worst areas of Santa Clara county. My car was broken into, and everything inside was stolen. The officer also mentioned that vehicle damage and breaking into car is not a priority for SJPD , the police in this area.

Too expensive for me $100 for a month-to-month parking permit. The elevators are really gross, however they are really fast, so it doesn't matter if I park on the 6th or the 3rd floor. Skateboarders come and go so be careful when you turn corners.

Clean, well lit and feels safe. The rates are what you'd expect for this area for a public parking structure. I came here on a Monday night and had no trouble finding a spot. Remember to take your ticket and pay before you go back to your car.
