Just scary. They lost the power cord to the couch, power cord to the TV, the TV remote, my new bed mattress was dirty with mud and wouldn’t make it right. The photos are what they showed up in. They replied to me that they don't know who I am and that is another sign of how huge the problem is. My company also used to provide IT services to them and I spoke with the owner many times.

This is my second time using T&T! Once was when I purchased a 98 year old grand piano during the middle of the winter from a snowed in house. The next time was after the now 99 year old grand piano was completely rebuilt and refinished! There care and handling was impeccable. I highly recommend them! They also were low bidders on both moves!!!

I had a great experience with this company. My piano arrived in town earlier than expected and they were able to fit me in to their schedule on less than three day's notice. They easily moved my piano and a heavy dresser into my house and put it right where I wanted. They had no troubles navigating a tight corner past my gate and were very professional, courteous, and wore masks. I would definitely recommend them!
