It's not over yet so I'll post again once I get my items. Pick up on 5/28/24 and mailing was fine a bit hurried but I'm trusting God my items will arrive safely. Arrived Trinidad 6/25/24 still doing well.now to wait for "paperwork" from some company called Pat &Dee,s pack and ship. Notice arrives in Whatsapp to receiver...come to collect paperwork 1000$. Yes one thousand tt dollars. I called to find out what I get for that no one knows just a printed paper with 1000$ written ion it. After getting that sketchy paper for I repeat 1000$ we now have an appt to collect the shipped items on 7/18/24. I will follow up with another review on what will cost. So far very uncaring. I paid 605$ to send some used furniture and kitchen items.

I don't think you're legit company after I ordered medication from another company and paid them this car I wanted me to get $323 through Zelle as an insurance and they said I would get it back in cash my bank said absolutely not this is not legit so I tried to talk to somebody and talk to them they want me to give themmy Zelle info or credit card info for one dollar to talk to them and they tell me the company be very careful of this company

I have received excellent customer service from this professional team and have always had a positive experience dealing with them.

Horrible. It's a 17 minute drive from your place of business to where I live . I was purchasing 4 barrels and I was told drop off it 10am - 3pm . It's now after 4 pm on the day from delivery and still haven't received what I ordered . Why tell a customer that they will recieve drop off today and the driver will call when he is on his way ,but nothing . Waited all day for the for the barrels to be dropped of to me . Horrible . I will never do business with you guys again . Better Business Bureau is the next stop .
