Enjoy passing by for cheap tools and replacement items. I stopped in one day because I had a roller that carries 200+ lb. have a broken wheel. Had plenty of parts. Prices sometimes lower than hardware stores.

This location doesn’t keep their inventory updated on the website. Everything looks like it’s in stock when it’s actually not. Otherwise the floor employees are polite and try their best to help.

Decided to visit the store on 4/11 & immediately when I got in line "Rick" was stating for everyone to file in a single line, then motioned towards my direction, he then states agian to file in a single line & had a rude interaction with him WHEN HE SIGNALED THE WRONG LINE sending me behind 8 people that i was infront of, to add further insult, a Spanish speaking customer asked for instructions & he rudely responded with "I don't know spanish" and ignored the customer until he just left. Overall I visit hundreds of HF. His customer service needs to improve & learn how to direct customers & offer support to another cashier who can speak Spanish.
