I had an excellent experience with Take me Home Moving. They were immediately responsive by email and text even late at night when I started looking for movers. We moved from Southern California to Golden with two U-Pack Cubes on July 4th weekend. Coordinating the delivery of the cubes was a hassle but the crew was incredibly flexible scheduling their time. Jacob, Mitch, and Anuar called to say they could arrive earlier than expected. They toured the house to see where the rooms were and asked us to direct where everything should go. They set up ramps and runners keeping everything clean. They unloaded both cubes in under an hour and I had a great time talking with them as they were working. I highly recommend Take Me Home Moving. The best part is supporting a local business.

The the moment I got in contact with Chris, the entire process was smooth and seemless. He provided expert advice on things I could get to help with my one-way cross-country move prior to he and his co-worker arriving on “load day”. When the stressful day finally arrived, they were punctual and positive and the anxiety immediately disappeared and they got to work! I have never seen such efficiency intertwined with hustle and care!! Don’t make the mistake of going with anyone else with whatever your local or interstate move requires.

Chris, Mitch and the guys were highly efficient, respectful and excellent communicators from the very beginning of the move process. Take Me Home Moving was one of the few local companies that actually did a virtual walk through of my house to give me a realistic idea of what the move would entail. They wrapped all the furniture carefully and moved everything in our 3 bedroom house in 4.5 hours. You can't go wrong with this company.

Working with this moving company was a positive experience from front to back. In the beginning, Chris was extremely thorough in developing the quote for services, and even helped me to remember pieces of furniture I may have forgotten in building my request for services. I felt secure in what I would be getting on the moving day. When my container was delivered and ready to be unloaded, three movers (Mitch, Jacob, and Boris) showed up at the time promised, and they unloaded the container without incident. Each was polite and nice and conversational. At the end, it felt like chatting with friends while unloading and unpacking. Prior to unloading, they walked through the home, established which room was which, and during the moving, they checked in for each stack, taking furniture and boxes to appropriate rooms. They took great care of the furniture, wrapping pieces tight to protect ones that threatened to rub against walls or doorframes. When they had to navigate tight places, they moved slowly, deliberately, and were communicating their movements and needs to their teammates throughout. We felt immensely happy with our interaction as a whole, and would wholeheartedly use them again for any moves in the future!

We so appreciated our experience with Take Me Home moving!! Made the shuffle of our home Reno project enjoyable …. Our things were handled with attention and care, being properly wrapped etc, and the team went above and beyond to offer recommendations (applying felt padding before re-placing furniture on newly refinished hardwoods). They were extremely communicative and punctual… just amazing in every way, would use again in a heartbeat!
